Chilli Pasta with Three Little Pigs Chorizo


A beautiful pasta dish, made with our award-winning Chorizo and a cheeky kick of chilli.



Splash of olive oil

3 crushed garlic cloves

1 onion, chopped

20 or so thinly sliced mushrooms

Fresh basil, chopped

250ml double cream

2 tea spoons of mild chilli power

Black pepper


Thinly sliced Three Little Pigs Chorizo (spicy or mild – whichever you like)

400g Tinned Tomatoes

Enough pasta for 4 people




  1. Pour the oil into a large pan and gently fry the onion, garlic and mushrooms until the onion is translucent, the garlic is cooked and the mushrooms nearly cooked.
  2. Add the chorizo and tinned tomatoes, simmering for 5 minutes or so.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta, by boiling in salted water.
  4. Add the chilli powder, black pepper, fresh basil and salt (to taste) to the sauce and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  5. Add the cream and cook for 5 minutes, keep on stirring.
  6. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Cook for 1 minute further.
  7. Garnish with chopped basil, grated parmesan cheese and black pepper.
  8. Serve with garlic bread.
